Mango-Ginger Smoothie

Mango-Ginger Refresher

2 cups frozen mango

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 banana

1/4 cup chopped ginger

squeeze of lime

Yogurt – plain

You will need a pretty decent blender to chop and handle frozen berries – I learned this the hard way!

BLEND & ENJOY!!
